Join us for the 2025 SoCal API Festival on Saturday, April 26, 2025 at the Downtown Oceanside Civic Center. We are excited to bring back the SoCal API Festival to our Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (ANHPI) community and for you to be a part of the festivities. What are we looking for in vendors?
As a festival that honors the traditions of the ANHPI community and works to amplify the voices and identities of the community throughout the Festival, we are looking for culturally relevant vendors in food and retail - including ANHPI owned businesses. We welcome nonprofit organizations and businesses who work to expand their reach and access to critical resources to the ANHPI community.
How much do booths cost?
Vendor Information & Pricing - All spaces are 10x10 (unless otherwise stated)
Food Vendors:

When does vendor registration start? Is it too late to apply?
We are accepting Vendor Applications starting on December 2, 2024 until March 1, 2025. Space is limited. Find the applications at the bottom of the page.

Are there any items that vendors cannot sell at the SoCal API Festival?
Yes, there are restrictions including liquor, CBD, weapons, etc. Please see the application form for more details. The SoCal API Fest team reserves the right to refuse any item and/or vendor for any reason.
What should I expect after submitting a vendor application?
All vendors will receive a follow-up email with approval or denial within 1-2 weeks. Please double check your SPAM folder. If you don’t hear back after 2 weeks of submitting your application, please reach out to our team at Vendors@APIFestival.Com.
I’m not a vendor, but am interested in performing or hosting an activity at the SoCal API Festival.
